The changing essence of corporate life has made it mandatory for employees, who have technical expertise to enhance their personality quotient by developing soft skills. More and more companies today constantly upgrade their employees by frequently organising workshops to fill in the chasm that exists in the equation between talent and knowledge.
Ivy's half-day Complimentary Corporate Finishing Workshop was organised to generate greater awareness for the need of enhancement of soft skills. Conducted by an industry veteran, the workshop gave the participants a glimpse into the nuances of Public Speaking, Business Communication and Team Building. The workshop comprised of interactive sessions, games and role-plays- a deviation from the traditional modes of teaching. Representatives from Eureka Forbes, Manaksia and Travel Hub took actively participated in all the activities of the workshop.
